Star Trek and Doctor Who

In the third episode (the episode called "Where No Man Has Gone Before") of the Star Trek series, Capt. James T. Kirk is standing with a blond woman (her name escapes me) and she remarked on the desolate landscape of Delta Vega and how there was no one on the planet except for the people from Starfleet. Kirk responds with, "Nobody except us chickens" before turning to go into the Star Fleet base.

In the newer series of Doctor Who (an episode called "The Empty Child"), the Doctor is talking to a child who keeps asking, "Where is my mummy?" The Doctor responds, "No mummy here. Nobody here but us chickens."

Star Trek and Toy Story

In Toy Story, when Woody and Buzz are getting cornered by the toys they think are cannibals, Buzz mentions how he's changing his laser from 'stun' to 'kill'.

In the newest Star Trek movie, Spock and Kirk are on the Romulan ship and when Spock runs off to find Nero and Captain Pike, Kirk falls behind to cover Spock. He then switched his phaser from a white color to a red color (AKA he switched his laser from 'stun' to 'kill').1

Star Trek and Toy Story 2

In the original series of Star Trek, it is a well known fact that the 'peace' symbol using both index and middle finger as one digit and the ring finger and pinky as the other is Vulcan for '"live long and prosper". In Toy Story, Woody and Buzz are getting into an argument and after Woody's epic speech on Buzz being just a toy, Buzz says: "You are a sad, strange little man. And you have my pity. Farewell." and then delivers that same hand gesture to Woody.
