I wanted to start this page because 1) I think it's important that people are aware of their health and the things that can hurt it; 2) everyone should be healthy; 3) I am trying to be more healthy in my lifestyle and 4) This was jump-started by some videos I had to watch for my Bio100 online class.

So this page is encouraged by EVERYONE. I would be very happy to see other updating it, but it's not mandatory. I do, in the very least, hope that people take a look at this page and think about their health and how some of these things could be healthier for you, or harm you.
